Cancellation Policy

1. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel an active project by providing a written notice of at least 30 days. Any work completed up to the effective date of cancellation will be billed and must be paid in full.

2. Subscription Termination

Service Level Agreements (SLA) or ongoing maintenance subscriptions can be cancelled according to the terms specified in the individual contract, typically requiring 30 days' notice.

3. Termination by OMRE

We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or if the project exceeds reasonable feasibility, upon providing written notice.
