Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital software development and consulting services, once work has commenced or been delivered according to agreed milestones, payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis before the commencement of a milestone.
2. Milestone Payments
Refunds for specific project milestones are only applicable if OMRE Enterprises fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work as defined in the signed Project Charter or Agreement.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a review of your payment, please contact our billing department at accounts@omre.ai with your project reference number.
